I left my yoga mat or other personal belongings at the studio. What do I do?

We will hold onto them for you. Water bottles are quite commonly left at the studio. We will usually hold onto them for a couple of months before they are recycled. If you're not sure, give us a call or email us and we can help.

What style of yoga do you offer?

We are primarily a vinyasa studio but we offer classes in restorative, recovery, yin and hot yoga as well.

I'm new to yoga, what class should I start with?

All of our instructors are great at offering modifications to poses. Please let them know that you are new to the practice so they can take care of you. We would suggest that you start with a level one or two vinyasa class. If you're looking for more flexibility and relaxation you should try one of our yin or restorative classes.

Do you have mats available to rent?

Yes, we have the lululemon black mat available to rent for $3.


What is HIIT?

HIIT stands for, High Intensity Interval Training. It sounds intimidating we know, but it's not. Classes are set up in stations. We work hard at a station for 30-45 seconds usually and then take a short rest before moving to the next. The goal is to elevate your heartrate to close to 90% of its maximum durring work periods but you are always able to modify the weight and reps to find a comfortable zone for you.

Do I need sneakers for HIIT classes?

Yes, we reccomend that you come wearing comfortable sneakers and workout clothing.

My Account

Do my classes expire?

Our class packs have a 12 month expiration date on them. If for some reason you have been unable to use your classes in that time please let us know so we can determine if you are eligible for an extension.

Can I still use my Groupon if it expired?

Once a Groupon expires it can be redeemed as an account credit equal to the cash value that you purchased it for.

How many classes do I have left on my class pack?

I created an account but now I can't sign in

Chances are you created a duplicate account, probably when logging into our custom app. Please email us and we can merge the accounts for you. That should take care of the problem.

What happens if I sign into class but don't come?

If you do not early cancel yourself out of class you are still charged for that class. For detail on our class sign in policy please go here: www.resilienceten.com/terms.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, all of our contracts run on a month-to-month basis. We simply require ten buiseness day's notice prior to your next auto draft if you'd like to cancel.

How do I preregister for class

The easiest way to register for class is through our app. Search your app store for "RESILIENCEX." Once you're logged in you can easily register for class, check how many classes you have, view your visit history and much more. If you prefer not to have the app you can login to class on schedule page: www.resilienceten.com/schedule

When are you open?

RESILIENCE is open seven days a week. The doors are however sometimes locked between and during classes. To insure that you are not locked out, please arrive 5-minutes before the scheduled start time for the class you're planning to take.

What should I bring to class?

We reccomend that you come wearing comfortable workout/yoga clothes. If you have a yoga mat, great, if not we have them available for rent. We also suggest that you bring a water bottle and a towel.
