This upper body class combines functional strength training with cardio and core hits to tone the arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Here we work countermovements to improve posture and develop the body to function smoothly in daily activities.

CARDIO:CORE

This full-body session combines strength and endurance. We will combine functional upper and lower body strength exercises with cardiovascular bursts to improve athletic endurance and strengthen your core, leaving you ready for whatever the world throws your way.

HIIT:YOGA 

HYBRID

This unique RESILIENCE class combines the work and benefits of both yoga and HIIT through functional movement, yoga poses, conscious breathing and mental discipline. In this class, you find resilience as an experience from within.
