At home workouts and yoga flows are going to be a common thing for a long time. The hardest part about getting started is not knowing what to do. That's why RESILIENCE has created Whiteboard Workouts. This category of blogs will include pre designed yoga sequences and interval training workouts so that you can keep focused and active even after quarantine.
Our first Whiteboard workout is an all levels, basic vinyasa class. The class is designed to be about 60-minutes long. Each pose should be held for a few breathes with a vinyasa as a transition between pose series. For more yoga videos visit our on demand library
